The following is a description of differences between MODFLOW packages that were created and then imported into Groundwater Vistas (GWV).
Only packages that differ will be discussed.

DISU package
The package written by GWV has errors in the "Top elevation" section of layer 2 because it writes the bottom of layer 1 (which is inactive over most of the model domain). We included a separate package in the nam.gnc.dis.evt.zip file and we recommend using this package in order to match delivered results.

EVT package
The package written by GWV has errors due to the same error in the DISU package. We kept the EVT arrays external because there's a slight discrepancy in fluxes when the arrays are defined internally. For completeness, we did include a EVT package with all arrays defined internally (gma12.no.ext.evt). We plan to report the issue to the USGS.

GNC package
While not critical we recommend the use of this package to match the delivered results.

NAM package
This package includes the GNC package.

All the packages described above are included in the nam.gnc.dis.evt.zip file.

We are also including the MODFLOW-USG version 1.4 executable. The included version contains two fixes, one for the EVT package and one for the BAS6 package. Both of the bugs were already reported to the USGS and we expect the fixes will be available in the next version.
