Optimized Sensor Locations for Flood Risk Monitoring in Southeast Texas Based on Risk Equity Framework [Entwurf]

This GeoJSON dataset contains the optimized locations for additional flood sensors in Southeast Texas. These locations were selected using a multi-objective risk framework that balances three components: flood hazard, population exposure, and socio-economic vulnerability. The optimization process ensures proportional representation across these dimensions and supports more equitable and effective flood monitoring infrastructure.
