Upstream has been moved over to kubernetes through tapis pods https://upstream.pods.tacc.tapis.io/ I still want to create a better front end that allows people to create their own repository. But the ckan integration is just about finished. Owners can now also make their data public (looks like its not quite there). I still need to work on some role authentication upgrades.
